25/07/ The present application is filed for correction in the name of respondent No.3. Her maiden name was "Laxmibai d/o Nakulprasad Gautam". However, after marriage her name changed to "Laxmi w/o Vagesh Rana". The applicants placed on record PAN Card and Aadhar Card. As such, application is allowed.

The applicants/respondents are permitted to correct the name of respondent No.3 by inserting her name as "Laxmi w/o Vagesh Rana" after her maiden name describing alias.

Necessary correction be carried out in the application as well as in First Appeal within a week. 4.

The application stands disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.1545/2023 1.

The present application is filed for grant of

2 904 caf 1544-2023 permission to withdraw entire amount deposited by the appellant. It appears that appeal filed by appellant came to be withdrawn on 11/12/2021 in Lok Adalat without intimating to the applicants/respondents. As such, respondent Nos.1 to 3 are seeking permission to withdraw the entire decreetal amount deposited by the appellant. The application is allowed.

The respondent Nos.1 to 3 are hereby permitted to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest.

The Registry is directed to disburse the amount of Rs.4,39,900/- along with accrued interest in favour of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

The applications stands disposed of.
