ATE : JULY 18 , 2023 The only prayer made by the petitioners is for expeditious disposal of the proceedings filed under Section 41E of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950. These proceedings having been filed on 28/12/2020, the learned Assistant Government Pleader was requested to obtain instructions in that regard from respondent no.1. Today, it is submitted that within a period of four months, the said proceedings would be decided.

2] The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.1 to decide Application No. 11/2020 within a period of four months from receipt of copy of this order. The proceedings be decided on their own merits and in accordance with law. Order accordingly. No costs.
