None appeared for the applicant. Perused the impugned order the prevent revision is against the order of condonation of delay.

Heard learned counsel Shri A.S. Mehadia, he has pointed out the order passed in Criminal Revision Application No.178/2011. This Court has observed that the period of challenging the order of learned J.M.F.C. and subsequently withdrawn can be taken into consideration by condoning the delay. Taking into account the observation of this court the delay is condoned. There is no perversity or illegality in the impugned order. Hence, there is no merit in the revision. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
