Heard Shri R.D. Mirkute, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 to 6.

Caste claim of petitioner is pending and though she is selected as Forest Guard, in absence of validity, appointment order has not been issued. 3.

In this situation, though learned A.G.P. is seeking time of one year to complete the said scrutiny, we direct respondent no.1 Scrutiny Committee to complete the said exercise within a period of 6 months. Petitioner to appear before respondent no.1 Committee on 12.10.2017 and to cooperate with it.

Order 0410wp3770.17 Period of 6 months shall commence from said date. 4.

In view of above, Writ Petition is, partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
