The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 366/2018 registered with Police Station Ballarshah for offence punishable under section 65(a) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

The contraband is seized from the vehicle owned by the applicant. There is no other material to connect the applicant with the crime.

Since the applicant has no criminal antecedents, the application is allowed.

In the event of arrest in Crime 366/2018 the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.15,000/- with a solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant shall attend Police Station Ballarshah, District Chandrapur every Saturday between
