After arguing for sometime, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application, however, requests that the sessions trial may be expedited.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 24th December, 2015 and according to the applicant his three children are with his mother, the Sessions Court is directed to conclude and dispose the trial till 30th November, 2017.

If the trial is not concluded till 30th November, 2017 the applicant will be at liberty to file application again. JUDGE RRaut..
