This application is filed by applicant/appellant for grant of stay to impugned judgment and award dated 7/8/2015 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Darwha in L.A.C. No.1838/2004.

For the grounds mentioned in the application and as it is stated that appellant has good case on merits, effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award as aforesaid shall stand stayed subject to appellant depositing entire decretal amount of compensation with Registry of this Court within twelve weeks from today.
