2] This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant/ respondent No.1 seeking withdrawal of the entire decreetal amount deposited by the appellant.

3] It is stated that the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.50,50,045/- with the Registry of this Court vide Pursis St. No. 3/2021 dated 25/08/2021.

4] I have perused the impugned judgment and award and the reasons mentioned in the application. The land in question was acquired under The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in

29CAF 1718.2021 Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

5] Given the aforesaid submission, so also considering the amount involved, respondent No.1/ claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the decreetal amount (Rs.50,50,045/-) with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).

6] Civil Application stands disposed of.
