DATED : AUGUST 20, 2019 Mr. Khan, learned A.P.P. for the non applicantState, submits that investigating agency has filed chargesheet against present applicant. Mr. Dhawas, learned counsel for applicant, submits that an application for grant of anticipatory bail being Misc. Criminal Application No.1418/2018, which was rejected by learned Judge of the Court below on 28.06.2018, was filed prior to filing of the charge-sheet. In that view of the matter, present application is disposed of with a direction to applicant to file an application for anticipatory bail before Court below. Court below is directed to decide the application on its own merit. Needless to mention, the interim order passed by this Court (Coram: Manish Pitale, J.) on 12.06.2019, shall remain in operation for next seven days.
