Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Incharge Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.

By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to execute the order dated 09/02/2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Amravati under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

Without entering into the merits of the claims of the respective parties, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the District Collector, Amravati that the order dated 09/02/2018 shall be executed expeditiously, say within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him provided that there is no legal impediment. 3.
