This is an application filed by respondent no.1, the claimant for withdrawal of the amount of compensation, which is deposited in the court. It is submitted that respondent no.1 is aged 77 years and his wife is aged 71 years and also both of them are suffering from various ailments and required the amount of compensation for their medical treatment. In view thereof, as the sufficient cause is made out, respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon, subject to condition of respondent no.1 giving bank guarantee/security for 50% of the amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and also subject to filing of usual undertaking.
