2] This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant/ respondent No.1 seeking withdrawal of the entire decreetal amount deposited by the appellants.

3] It is stated that the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.50,50,023/- with the Registry of this Court vide CCDR No. 28717 dated 25/08/2021.

4] I have perused the impugned judgment and award and the reasons mentioned in the application. The land in question was acquired under

28CAF 1722.2021 The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

5] Given the aforesaid submission, so also considering the amount involved, respondent No.1/ claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the decreetal amount (Rs.50,50,023/-) with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).

6] Civil Application stands disposed of.
