Dolas, Advocate for petitioner CORAM : N.R. BORKAR, J.

DATE : 01/07/2024 1.

This petition takes exception to the order dated 20/01/2024 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Hinganghat below Exh.26 in Hindu Marriage Petition No.58/2023.

2.

The petitioner/husband herein has filed the petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty. 3.

By the order impugned, the trial Court has allowed the application filed by the respondent/wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The trial Court directed the present petitioner to pay Rs.10,000/- per month towards maintenance pendente lite to respondent and her son. 4.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.

3. WP 3785 of 2024.odt 5.

The finding recorded by the trial Court that respondent does not have source of income is not shown to be perverse. The quantum of maintenance granted by the trial Court can not be said to be on higher side. I am, therefore, not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
