1] Heard respective Counsel on Civil Application No. 2577/17 taken out by petitioner for final disposal.
2] He points out that matter is covered by orders dated 30.10.2017 in Writ Petition No. 1485/16.
3] The fact that the matter is so covered is not in dispute between the parties. This application has been filed on 13.6.2017 and is pending since then.
4] Present petitioner and petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1485/16 were and are the employees of same employer. Their dates of termination and other relevant dates are also same. Only change is in date of judgment delivered by School Tribunal. In present matter, said date is 2.9.2011.
5] In this situation, adopting the reasons recorded in order dated 30.10.2017 (supra), we issue similar directions to the respondents. Accordingly, present Writ Petition is partly allowed and disposed of in terms of directions contained in paragraph nos. 9, 10 &
