By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of conditions which are imposed on the present applicants while releasing them on bail by order dated 30.04.2024.

Learned Counsel Mr. Bhangde for the applicants submitted that by this order, the applicants were directed to attend Local City Police Station at Beed once in a week on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. However, the nearest Police Station for the applicants is Asthi, District Beed, therefore, it be be modified by directing that the applicants shall attend the Police Station at Asthi District Beed. 3.
He further seeks the modification in respect of the Clause (c), wherein it is directed that
(2) 10.appp.992.2024 applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station twice in a month on 1st and 15th of every month instead of it, they be directed to attend the concerned Police Station on 1st and 3rd week of every month.

Learned APP strongly opposed the said application on the ground that applicants have not attended the Police Station Pardi, Nagpur City, whereas learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that they have attended the same.

Considering the objection raised and the conditions imposed by this Court, the conditions are modified to the extent that; in so far as Clause (e) is concerned, instead of Police Station, Beed, the applicants shall attend the Police Station Asthi, District Beed once in a week on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. and the Investigating Officer, Asthi shall record their presence.

As far as the Clause (c) is concerned, it is directed that applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on 1st of every month and in the 3rd week of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. and shall also attend the proceedings before the Court without seeking any exemption unless there are exceptional circumstances.

On failure of attending the Police Station at Pardi, Nagpur, the bail granted to the present applicants deserves to be cancelled.
