Civil [Revision] Application to set aside the order made by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court in Second Appeal St. No.3577 of 2015 refusing registration on failure to remove the office objections by 04th April, 2015.

Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

Accepting the reasons furnished in the application to be sufficient and satisfactory, the application is allowed and delay is condoned. ----

This is Misc. Civil [Revision] Application to set aside the order made by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court in Second Appeal St. No. 8759 of 2015 refusing registration on failure to remove the office objections by 04th April, 2015.

Heard.

Accepting the reasons offered in the application explaining the situation which led to refusal of registration to be satisfactory, Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

Office is directed to register the Second Appeal afresh.

Six weeks are granted for removal of the objections.
