On the basis of documents produced along with a prayer for review, effort is to demonstrate that petitioners before this Court were already absorbed in permanent service of Zilla Parishad.

We find the arguments unacceptable. The documents ought to have been filed to demonstrate right along with the petition and at this stage. After our judgment, on the strength of observations therein,

Order 1506mca553.18 the lacunae, if any, cannot be allowed to be rectified. Hence, Misc. Civil Application is accordingly rejected. No costs.
