In Pursis dated 02.07.2021 filed by learned counsel for the appellant a statement was made that entire decreetal amount has been deposited before the Reference Court vide Cheque dated 13.08.2018. Similar statement came to be recorded in order dated 25.06.2021 in Civil Application (CAF) No.662/2020 and the appellant was directed to produce the receipt within a week. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellant today states that the appellant had not deposited the entire amount but deposited only the principal amount. She has tendered unconditional apology for making a wrong statement in pursis dated 02.07.2021. She undertakes to deposit the interest amount within four weeks. Civil Application(CAF) No.1764/2021 3.

By order dated 25.06.2021 in Civil Application Stamp No.3881/2019, this Court had granted a week's time to the appellant to file the certified copy of the judgment under challenge. By this

2/2 application, the applicant has sought extension of time to file certified copy.

Two weeks time is granted to file certified copy of the judgment under challenge.
