The challenge in the petition is to the order dated 09.02.2021 issued by the District Magistrate, Bhandara in exercise of power under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (Sarfesi Act).

The order impugned is appealable.

We, therefore, relegate the petitioners to the statutory remedy under section 17 of the Sarfesi Act. 4.

We note the fair statement of the learned counsel for the sole respondent that for the next fifteen days the possession of the petitioner shall not be disturbed. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
