The prayer of the petitioners Educational Institution is for deciding the proposal for admitting to 11th standard for no grant basis so was recommended by Deputy Director of Education on 20.6.2018.

Since the proposal is pending with the State Government since 2018, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition in term of prayer clause (1) with direction to take decision within a period of six months from the date of production of this order.
