Learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant submits that the appellant has already deposited the entire amount of compensation along with interest before the Commissioner under the Workmen Compensation Act and the Labour Court, Buldhana on 26/06/2025. Therefore, she seeks a stay of the impugned judgment and award. 4.

Having considered the above fact as well as the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (A).
