A limited request is made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the decision, as to whether the Petitioners should be considered as validly admitted, is pending with the Respondent No.2 - Admission Regulating Authority and the Admission Regulating Authority should take a decision upon the same so that the Petitioners know their fate. This request is reasonable.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 - Admission Regulating Authority states that necessary decision as per law would be taken and conveyed to the Petitioners and Respondent No.5 - College, where the Petitioners were taking education and also to the Respondent No.4 - RTM University, Nagpur.

Considering the fact that examination schedule for the next examination is likely to be announced shortly, the decision be taken and conveyed, as early as possible, before the next examination schedule is announced.
