In view of alternate remedy available under Section 104 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act of 1960") to raise a challenge to the order passed under Section 102 of the Act of 1960, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 104 of the Act of 1960.

Permission is granted 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If such appeal is filed, the appellate authority may consider the period exhausted in pursuing the present writ petition while considering the issue of limitation.
