The appellant/applicant has filed application for cancellation of non-bailable warrant issued against him on 16.05.2018. According to the applicant, since there was some misprint with regard to the name of the counsel in the cause list, the counsel could not remain present before the Court. For the reason mentioned in the application, the nonbailable warrant issued against the appellant/applicant vide order dated 16.05.2018 is hereby canceled; subject to the payment of cost of Rs. 500/- to the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur. The matter is fixed for final hearing.
