DATE : 10-10-2023 The petition questions the order dated 05-03-19 below Exh-84 an application filed by the petitioner/plaintiff for directing the defendant no.8 to file the copy of the agreement as well as sale deed referred to during the course of cross examination (pg 38). The application has been rejected on the ground that sale deed is already on record as per Exh-53. The learned Counsel for the respondent, upon instructions, makes a statement that the agreement will be placed on record, considering which, the impugned order, insofar as it rejects the request of placing the agreement on record is set aside and the petition is partly allowed in terms thereof and the agreement shall be placed on record by the respondent within a period of one week.
