It is pointed out that the order of the District Judge in M.J.C. Nos.18/2007, 19/2007 and 20/2007 is under challenge in these appeals. However, as per the directions by the District Judge, the members were enrolled by the Assistant Charity Commissioner and elections were conducted. Even the change report is filed which came to be allowed. In view thereof, nothing survives in the present second appeals. Second Appeals stand disposed of as infructuous.
