The learned counsel for the parties state that the matrimonial dispute between the parties is settled through the intervention of the Mediator. The parties have signed the compromise pursis, dated 27.01.2016. The compromise pursis is also signed by the counsel for the appellant and the counsel for the respondents. The parties are personally present in the Court, today. The respondent no.1-Wife states that she has received the entire amount of Rs.16,50,000/- and also the articles that are mentioned in the compromise pursis. The parties state that they are ad-idem on the terms mentioned in the compromise pursis. We have perused the terms of the compromise pursis. They appear to be just and reasonable. Hence, the marriage between the appellant and the respondent no.1 is dissolved by a decree of divorce on the terms and conditions mention in paragraphs 1 to 8 of the compromise pursis. The Family Court Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise pursis. A decree be drawn up accordingly. No order as to costs.
