DATED : 27/09/2023 The only grievance raised in the present writ petition is that, despite the petitioner is paying regularly Rs. Five Thousand as maintenance, the trial Court has directed to deduct the amount of maintenance of Rs. Five Thousand from the salary of the petitioner.

I do not consider the challenge raised in this writ petition as tenable for the reason that in view of the direction by the Court to deduct the amount of maintenance from the salary, the petitioner can stop paying the maintenance amount directly to the respondent by allowing the amount of maintenance to be deducted from the salary.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed.
