This is an application filed by respondent no.1, the claimant for withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon. Considering the reasons given in para no.4 of the application that the amount is required by respondent no.1 for his livelihood and for the purpose of agricultural operation, respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation with interest accrued thereon, subject to furnishing of usual undertaking and also furnishing solvent surety for 50% of the amount to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial). Application is disposed of accordingly.
