Present petition is for direction to the respondent No.2 to register the birth of petitioner No.2 in its official record and issue the birth certificate to the petitioner No.2. 2.

Heard both sides.

The petitioners have already applied to the respondent No.2 for registering the birth certificate, which is not considered. The respondent No.2 shall consider the same, as per rules and take decision on it. The respondent No.2 shall decide the application within two weeks.
