DATE : 25 th FEBRUARY, 2021.

Shri K.N. Shukul, learned counsel for the applicant.

(2) The applicant is Western Coalfield Limited, who filed a writ petition before this Court. The writ petition was on stamp i.e. Writ Petition (stamp) No.21000 of 2016 however it was having certain office objections. Inspite of the chances given, it appears that the office objections were not removed. Therefore, ultimately on 10.04.2017, the Registrar (Judicial) rejected the writ petition. Therefore, this application for restoration of writ petition, since there was a delay in filing the application for restoration, an application for delay is also filed.

(3) The application for condonation of delay as well as application for restoration are affirmed by Shri Kartik s/o
