This Court while disposing the appeal on 24-08-2015 directed the trial Court to dispose the civil suit by the end of March 2016. The learned trial Judge has stated in the letter that the matter was on board on 19-09-2016 and on that date Advocate for the defendant No.4 pointed out the directions given by this Court. The facts stated in the letter show that the plaintiff as well as the defendant have deliberately not pointed out the directions given by this Court. The plaintiff and defendant No.4 shall deposit costs of Rs.5,000/- each with the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur and produce the receipt on record of this appeal and copy of it on record of civil suit within

The learned Principal District Judge, Nagpur shall also cause an enquiry as to why the Bench Clerk of the trial Court has not pointed out the writ of this Court, and submit the report to this Court within four weeks. JUDGE adgokar
