DATED : FEBRUARY 13, 2018 By order dated 8/11/2017, this Court had referred the parties to mediation. In pursuance of the same, a joint pursis dated 21/11/2017 has been filed, which has been signed by the parties as well as their Counsel. It is stated in the joint pursis that the parties have settled the matter and that respondent no.2 Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation has granted total amount of Rs.2,25,000/- per hectare inclusive of all statutory benefits to appellants, to which appellants are agreeable. Hence, this appeal is disposed of in terms of joint pursis placed on record. The parties are directed to abide by the terms of joint pursis. The respondent no.2 Corporation is directed to make payment in terms of joint pursis within a period of three months from today.
