DATED : 04-02-2015 Shri M.M. Agnihotri, the learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the amount as per the impugned order will be deposited with the Registry of this Court till 09-03-2015. If the amount is deposited, the interim order granted by this Court shall continue till the decision of the appeal. If the amount is not deposited within stipulated time, the interim order shall stand vacated without reference to the Court.

If the amount is deposited within stipulated time, the non-applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to the effect that in case the appeal is allowed, the non-applicant No.1 shall redeposit the amount with interest as would be determined by this Court, within stipulated time, with the Registry of this Court.

That for the lapse on the part of the applicant to deposit the amount within stipulated time as per the

2 caf1342.11 order dated 03-02-2010, the applicant shall deposit the costs of Rs.200/- with the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur, till 09-03-2015 and shall produce the receipt of it on the record of the appeal. JUDGE pma
