The relief sought in this petition is for directions for registration of First Information Report on the basis of written complaint of the petitioner dated 17/11/2018 submitted to the respondent No. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3, filed affidavit-in-reply and submits that the relief claimed in this petition is redressed as Crime No. 114/2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(f)(n) and Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 has already been registered against the accused - Vasant Girhe. The order dated 13/08/2019 shows that the learned Counsel Shri Patil, for the petitioner sought discharge and the same was allowed.
