Though in paragraph No.7 it is mentioned "the application for grant of bail", in paragraph Nos.4, 5, 10, and 24 it is inadvertently mentioned as "in the event of arrest" and "anticipatory bail", which are to be corrected. 3.

In operative order at clause No.4, it is mentioned, as follows:

"Accused Police Sub Inspector Rajesh Jaware and .....2/-

accused Police Constable Chandraprakash Solanke shall surrender before the Investigation Officer on or before 20.12.2024".

As the investigation is already completed, accused Police Sub Inspector Rajesh Jaware and accused Police Constable Chandraprakash Solanke shall surrender before learned Judicial Magistrate at Akot.

The necessary corrections be carried out and corrected copy be uploaded accordingly.

The application is filed by learned counsel Shri J.M.Gandhi for non-applicant Nos.2 and 3/accused for extension of time to surrender, till 10.1.2025. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel Shri J.M.Gandhi for non-applicant Nos.2 and 3/accused that he intends to challenge the order before the Hon'ble Apex Court. He submitted that due to "Winter Vacations", the Hon'ble Apex Court reopens on 2.1.2025.
