Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties.

Perused the common order passed in First Appeal No.107/2006 and other connected matters. The respondents-claimants were permitted to withdraw the enhanced amount of compensation. The appellant has deposited the amount of compensation of Rs.17,30,857/-. Respondent No.1 has given the details of his bank account in paragraph 3 of the application. Hence, the order :

fa.108.06 2/2 OfÏce/Nazar is directed to transfer an amount of Rs.17,30,857/- along with the interest accrued thereon in the bank account of respondent No.1 subject to his personal verification.

The application is disposed of.
