Since the applicant has made out the prima facie case, the Judgment of the Family Court is stayed on the condition that the applicant deposits the arrears of maintenance @ Rs.5000/- p.m. for the non-applicant no.2 in the Family Court within one month, if the same are not deposited till date and shall continue to deposit the sum of
