For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the Family Court Appeal is condoned. The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. Civil Application No.697 of 2017 Heard.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable after four weeks.

Service to the respondents by Speed post in addition to the regular mode of service is permitted. Since the applicant has made out the prima facie case, the Judgment of the Family Court is stayed on the condition that the applicant deposits the arrears of maintenance @ Rs.5000/- p.m. for the non-applicant no.2 in the Family Court within one month, if the same are not deposited till date and shall continue to deposit the sum of
