We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant. We find that the FIR in the present case was registered as far back as on 01.11.2017. The charge-sheet came to be filed more than a year ago on 16.06.2021. We are informed that the charges are yet to be framed.

In these circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition seeking quashing of the FIR and charge-sheet. We do not wish to comment upon the merits of the matter and we observe that the applicant has liberty to move an Prity
