The present petition is filed, primarily praying for the following relief:
"(a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direct the Ld. Trial Court to expedite the matter in R.C.C.2182/2011 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Nagpur, on 18.06.2019."

Insofar as other prayers are concerned, petitioner is seeking for cancellation of bail. For that, remedy is available to the petitioner and that prayer cannot be entertained in the present writ petition.

Expeditious trial is right of not only the accused but also the complainant. Petitioner is the first informant, on whose complaint, the crime was registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of the
crwp469.19.odt Indian Penal Code. In the petition itself, it is stated that the evidence of the petitioner has already commenced and she is under cross-examination. Her deposition is placed on record at Exh.-IX. The criminal case is of the year 2011. 5.
In that view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition by passing the following order:
ORDER
(i) Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur is directed to decide Regular Criminal Case No. 2182/2011, as expeditiously as possible and within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order. (ii) The writ petition is disposed of.
