The Aadhar Card is filed and the surname of legal representatives, which are bought on record, is "Pohokar".

As the Pohorkar is mentioned in entire litigation, the learned Counsel for the applicant has filed this application to correct the name of original claimant/respondent No.1 as "Pohokar".

Permission is granted to the appellant to correct the name of respondent No.1 in this appeal and the petitioner therein take steps to correct the name in the proceedings before the Reference Court.
