Perused the common order passed in First Appeal No.107/2006 and other connected matters. The respondents-claimants were permitted to withdraw the enhanced amount of compensation. The appellant has deposited the amount of compensation of Rs.36,85,812/-. Respondent No.1 has given the

OfÏce/Nazar is directed to transfer an amount of Rs.36,85,812/- along with the interest accrued thereon in the bank account of respondent No.1 subject to his personal verification.
