This petition takes exception to the order dated 27-03-2024 passed by the learned District Judge-1, Kelapur in Regular Civil Appeal No.1/2024. By the order impugned the first Appellate Court has stayed the decree of possession passed by the learned trial Court in favour of the present petitioner. ii.

There are no exceptional circumstances to interfere with the impugned order. The petition is dismissed. However, the learned first Appellate Court shall endeavour to decide the appeal expeditiously.
