Chahande, Advocate for the petitioner CORAM : Z.A.HAQ, J.

DATED : 19/06/2019 Heard.

The Judgment Debtor has challenged the order passed by the trial Court granting police aid to the respondent - plaintiff to enforce the order of temporary injunction. The order of temporary injunction is not challenged in this petition.

The learned advocate for the petitioner fairly pointed out that as the petitioner could not obtain appropriate interim orders, the impugned order is given effect and the order of temporary injunction is executed with the police aid.

In the above facts, in my view, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
