Today, the letter of Presiding Officer dated 03.10.2022 has been placed before this Court seeking extension of time to complete the trial. This Court has passed following order:- "Heard.

Read the report of learned Presiding Officer seeking six months extension for disposing of case. The report indicates that the Trial Court has already recorded evidence of six witnesses and the prosecution expressed to examine few more witnesses. Upon query by this Court, the learned APP took fresh instructions on which stated that the prosecution is intending to examine only three more witnesses and trial would be completed within one month.

In view of above two months extension is granted from the date of communication.

Inform concerned."

In view of above facts, the appellant seeks for withdrawal with liberty to approach fresh, if the trial has not bee completed within two months.

Appeal stands disposed of since withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
