Mr. A. M. Tirukh, learned Counsel for the Appellants/Applicants submits that Mr. G. S. Umale, learned Counsel will now file the power on behalf of appellant Nos.1 to 3 and 5.

Mr. Umale, learned Counsel, who is present in the Court states that such power will be filed within one week from today.

Accordingly, Mr. Tirukh, learned Counsel for the Appellants is discharged from appearing on behalf of the aforesaid appellants/accused persons.

Mr. Tirukh, learned Counsel for appellants also makes a statement that the appellant No.4 has already expired.

Place this matter for further consideration on 04.01.2022. On which date, the appellants will have to

1.Cri.APPA No.490.21 remain present in the Court. Failing which, we will have to consider whether bailable or non-bailable warrants are required to be issued to ensure their presence. Despite the order made on 03.12.2021, the appellants are not present, however, it is pointed out that the appellants are absent on account of demise of appellant No.4.

Mr. Umale, learned Counsel states that he will inform the appellants about their requirement to be present in the Court on the 04.01.2022.
