Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties.

First Appeal No.394/2008 is already disposed of. Respondent No.1 - M.S.R.T.C. has been directed to pay additional amount of compensation of Rs.1,88,428/- along with the interest at the rate of 9%. Respondent No.1 had come for deposit of the amount, however, validity of the cheque was about to over. Now, it has brought a fresh cheque. Hence, the following directions are issued.

OfÏce is directed to accept the cheque of respondent No.1 for Rs.4,96,582/- and the respondent is permitted to deposit the same within a period of seven days from today.

fa.394.08 2/2 The appellants are directed to deposit the court fee of Rs.2,690/- on additional amount of compensation.

The appellants to pay the remaining amount of court fee prior to its withdrawal. OfÏce is also directed to verify whether the amount of this court fee can be adjusted and the remaining amount be paid to the appellants, when they will ask for its withdrawal. The application is disposed of.
