Nobody appears on behalf of applicant.

It is contended that initially the applicant had deposited Rs.1,60,000/- and thereafter Rs.1,56,000/-. The non-applicants had already withdrawn an amount of Rs.1,60,000/- and the remaining amount of Rs.1,56,000/- were to be withdrawn by the non-applicants, but in order dated 14.02.2024, the non-applicants were permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,60,000/- in fact it is Rs.1,56,000/-. It appears that the amount of Rs.1,60,000/- was already withdrawn and only amount of Rs.1,56,000/- are remained to be withdrawn, hence the order dated 14.02.2024 be corrected as under :

"The figure of Rs.1,60,000/- be substituted with the figure of Rs.1,56,000/-.

Accordingly, the criminal application stands disposed of.
