Charge-sheet filed on 14.04.2015 is sought to be brought on record. Shri Ashirgade, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition was filed on 03.03.2015 and this Court restrained the respondent no.1 from undertaking investigation on 18.04.2015.

Order 1407wp196.15 that charge-sheet was already filed before 18.04.2015. 4.

None appears for respondent no.4, though served.

In this situation, we grant leave as sought for above. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week. List the matter for further consideration on 28.07.2015.
