However, on a query being made by this Court, Mr. Ingole, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the seizure was at 3.49 p.m. of 12.4.2022. The TP placed on record at page 20 indicates that it was generated on 12.4.2022 at 17.44.32 hours, which would indicate that at the time of the seizure, there was no TP available. In this view of the matter, I do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
